1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stably, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Stably provides a streaming relay service that routes and manages live stream connections between you and third-party platforms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and stream keys. Do not share your ingest URLs or stream keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Stably to stream content that violates applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stably's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 30 days prior to any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
