Permitted Use
Stably is intended for legal live streaming to supported platforms. You may stream personal content, gaming, IRL content, and similar lawful activities.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited: illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, content that threatens or harasses others, CSAM or any content involving the exploitation of minors, content promoting violence or terrorism.
Platform Compliance
You must comply with the terms of service of any platform you stream to (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc.). Stably is a relay and cannot be responsible for platform violations.
Resource Abuse
You may not use Stably's infrastructure for purposes other than live streaming (e.g., proxy services, data exfiltration).
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account suspension. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
